Accessibility

We're committed to ensuring that everyone can access our website, read the content we provide, and use our services.

To make our web content as accessible as possible, we follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), created by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) as part of their Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI).

Our website conforms to WCAG 'Level A' accessibility guidelines. We also conform to some of the higher-level AA and AAA guidelines where we can.

Some of our online services - such as Debt Remedy, OnlineDMP and web chat - involve more complicated data entry and don't reach Level A compliance. If you feel you may have difficulty with them, you may prefer to call us or send us an email so we can give you extra support.

Maintaining an accessible website is an on-going process and we continue to work hard to make sure we're offering a user-friendly experience.
